My Wi-Fi stops working after I portfoward.

So i've been trying to portfoward Black Ops 2 on my ps3, but everytime i'm host or the port is being used my Wi-Fi stops working! How do I fix this? Does this happen to you or is it my modem. Here are the list of ports im supposed to use.
