mITX Gaming PC Need Advice

Budget: $1700 w/ taxes & shipping
Location: USA

SLI/Xfire: Never

OC: Never

Expectations: My PC will be used primarely for gaming as well as browsing the web. I want a PC that will last 4+ years before I need to upgrade, so reliability/performance are very important.
 

Games you play/will play: World of Warcraft, League of Legends, World of Tanks, Dragon Age Inquisition, BF4, CS:GO, The Crew and future games to come.

Monitors: I'll be playing on a single 1920x1080p @ 144hz monitor with high to ultra settings depending on the game. I'll be adding a second monitor in the future for browsing the web while waiting for raids and etc to be ready.

Peripherals: I'll need an Operating System, Mouse, Keyboard, and Headset.

Why are you upgrading: I don't have a computer and want to get into PC gaming since I'm not enjoying my Xbox One.

Alright thanks I'll be ordering the parts in 2 weeks. When I finish the build should I run Memtest86, Intel Burn Test, and Unigine to check system stability even though I'm not over clocking? Also will Windows 8.1 Defender and MBAM Pro be enough protection?
