PSU Extension Set Help

Go to solution Solved by Dabasepc,

This is custom sleeved extensions sets for "better looking". Take a look at your PSU cables before spending.. EVGA PSU cables are not that bad looking. I have a PSU of this Brand myself and i'm happy with the cables.

You are fine with the custom 24pin to give power to the motherboard and the 2 x 6pin to give power to your graphic card.

You won't see the CPU cable because the connector is at the top of the Mobo.

You have a Corsair 350D with a "small" window, not a side panel with a full window, like this case:

Hi guys, I'm thinking of ordering a PexonPC PSU extension set, but I'm not sure which options to select and how many of each option to use. Can any of you guys help me if I link my part list below and the options from the website.

Part list: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/4gs3jX // Website Optionshttp://pexonpcs.co.uk/products/psu-extension-sets

Thanks a lot!

you need 24pin for the Mobo (24 Pin Extension)

8pin for the CPU (8 Pin CPU Extension) i5

2 x 6pin VGA for GPU (6 Pin PCI-E Extension) The PoC on the PCB of the GTX 970 requires 2 x 6 pin

Molex to SATA and Molex are optional.

So I have this so far: http://i.imgur.com/3jFh2sR.png

What would the Molex to SATA be used for, and the same with Molex?

Yeah I know the EVGA ones aren't that bad but I wanted to add more of a uniqueness to the build. I guess I'll see how the cables look first before buying custom ones. Thanks!
