You don't need a 600w PSU, you could save abit of money going with a 450w.

That 600W For $40? That's a great deal.

I never factor in rebates, mainly because I don't know what they even are and secondly I feel alot of these offers you see on part picker never seem to exist in real life.

Looks fine and dandy to me. However, I would go for the 4 gigabyte version of your card for the posibility of more monitors or higher-res gaming

I am actually gonna pick one of those up soon.

I would also go for a full ATX board because your case supports it, but thats just my preference.
