Need help at Hardware selection.

Hello dear comunity im new to here and its the first time I planing building a gaming computer. I did build some desctop computers in school, so I know how to build a computer and have some knowledge in hardware but not deep knowledge.

Usualy I whant to buy a UHD monitor

but I would like to play whitout problems. So I came to the decission to build a computer thats easy to upgrade if GPUs have eneught power to handle UHD whit higer FPS.

If someone could awser me these questions:

- How long until next/powerfull UHD compatible GPUs?

- What should I buy now?

- What will be outdated for the next GPUs.

- Will the 2011-3 CPU cipset least a long time?

- Can I use the old GPU for the HD Monitor, and a other GPU for the UHD upgrade at the same time?

- 3'000 - 4'000 CHF

2. Aim

Gaming Computer

Upgradeable from HD to UHD if GPUs strong eneught.

Games:

- The Witcher 3

- FarCry 4

- GTA 5

- Minecraft

3. Monitors

For now HD (games on best graphik settings).

But I don't know TN or ISP.

Not to expencive.

4. Peripherals

- Keyboard

- Headset

- Windows 8.1

5. Why are you upgrading?

- Not an upgrade.

6. Optional

- Case: NZXT H630

- I dont care about silent or not, just powerfull and cool.

- I could wait 1 or 2 months for GPUs but not more.
