Hi,

 

I'm updating my PC to a high end workstation, with graphics and gaming capabilities. I would value anyones input if there are any issues with my proposed build:

 

CPU: Intel 5820K

Cooler: H80i

Motherboard: Asus X99 Deluxe

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (4x 4GB) 2666MHz

SSD: Samsung 850 pro

HD: WD 1TB Black (already owned)

GPU: Gigabyte 770ti (already owned)

PSU: Corsair 850HX (already owned)

Case: Antec 902v3 (already owned)

 

Screens, OS licenses and all other peripherals are already owned.

Those are great upgrades and should give you much more power for editing and gaming. I would consider getting a better cooler for the CPU (one with two rads maybe?) to make sure that 5820k is properly cooled. Next step would be considering changing the GPU down the road

The H100i (two rads) won't fit in my case... but I assume it will be better than air cooling?

 

Any other help on this please?
