970 mobo vishera help?

Ive noticed on pc parts picker it says "Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs" does this mean I should change my cpu or motherboard???

You will be fine. At this point almost all of the bios's on the the motherboards sold are up to date. The only time you have to worry about this is if you are getting a motherboard that has been stuck in a warehouse or in some persons basement, but that would only be an issue if you are buying from eBay or similar.

Alright nice one just didnt want to buy stuff that just would work
