Geforce Experience not working

Hi,

When I open up Geforce Experience and click 'scan for games', it says 'Geforce Experience has encountered and error'. I also cannot open up nVidia control panel, when I try it says this: http://i.imgur.com/Yty7zoN.png

 

I have tried reinstalling multiple times; to no avail.

Contact NVIDIA support. Their chat is literally available almost 24/7 with a very short down time. I've only seen it unavailable once: http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch

 

They are usually pretty helpful and it's free as well. I bet they can solve your problem.
