My Computer Won't Fully Boot

I've built my computer for a couple of months now and for some days i've been having this problem: when i try to boot, everything turns on (fans, cpu cooler, gpu, etc..) and stays on for two seconds and turn off, then they  automatically turn on then off again, and it goes on until i turn the psu off. I've noticed that it turns off when the motherboard led is close to the memOk button (probably checking the ram), so i tried each stick of ram in each slot and nothing works.

 

PS: It never worked with 2 sticks of ram in dual channel configuration, so if you guys could help with that too...

 

Specs:

- CPU: i7 4970

- MOBO: Asus Z97 Sabertooth

- GPU: MSI R9290X Lightning

- PSU: Corsair AX760i

- RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 1866Mhz

Try flashing the UEFI BIOS

i don't even get to see the bios, it turns off before.

No.  You jump the BIOS on the motherboard itself.  I had the same problem you had, flashed the BIOS, and my computer booted.
