Low frames in border less window mode

Ok so i'm gunna just keep it short. I get low frame rates when in border less window mode (it looks like 10 to 30 frames on any game). It started a while ago when I installed and started playing Chivalry Medieval Warfare. Any time before that I was getting high frame rates (60+ frames BF4 high to ultra) . I cap my frame rates at 60 FPS. Please tell me how to fix this.

GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 780 3GB

Motherboard: Gigabyte G1 Sniper Z5S

RAM: DDR3 8G (2x4GB) Corsair 1600MHz Vengeance CL9 

Power Supply: Corsair  1000 watt RM1000

OS:Win 7 home premium 64bit 

Monitors: LG 24EN43 and ACER AL2216W

Hard Drive: 1TB WD 3.5" Caviar green

Record what your frame rates are in different games in fullscreen mode, then record them again in borderless window mode and post them here.

 

 

Download Display Driver Uninstaller and run it. Remove your GPU drivers using it. It's very easy to use, so don't worry about having to learn anything new.

Then download and install the driver for your Nvidia Geforce GTX 780.

After that, record your game frame rates again in full screen mode and then borderless window mode.

disable windows aero, it makes a big difference if the game your playing hogs all the Vmem..
