Problem with disc reader on Xbox 360

So I'm having problems with the disc reader, it will launch the game but after like 5 minutes it just stop and freezes and have to restart the console, I know it's the reader because I can play with no problem digital games. Any ideas on how can I fix it?

Take it to the nearest Console repair store thingy (Gamestop)

Took it to a console/phone repair shop. Cost about 60 bucks to repair it. The laser that reads the disk is either dirty or is misaligned

So, you can't even hit the guide button--it's totally frozen, not just forever trying to read something? Can you hear the laser trying to focus?

I can't hit the guide button, an after that I can't hear anything, it's just frozen and I just turn it off
