Need Help! I'm not a tech ..........

Wasn't schooled on the workings of a PC in school in my day.  Have only been on them for short time and am sort of an old dog trying to learn how to program my Rhino X-55 unit. This type of curve has got me all  and :angry:  because there seems to be no context for it but one piece with Lock On game for the black hawk chopper. What really ticks me off is that the company that makes it says we haven't put one out yet but go here to the same thing or passes me off to some other person who males me even more  :angry: with his comments and says that I can return it with another added cost. Is there anyone out there that can help me because I'm going  :wacko: wacko over not playing my game. Has been two months + now.  THX
