I was honestly surprised to see it to be (now) more than 20,000 dollars already funded. It's amazing how much support LTT has.

What are your guys' thoughts/opinions about the fundraiser?

I'm fine with it.

A lot of people complain that LTT are reaching out to the community to support their business venture. But if people are willing to give the money to LTT, why the fuck do you (the people complaining) care? Linus isn't sending Slick to your place with a baseball bat to break your knees and take all of your money.

Well, people from r/PCMasterRace really want to reach the $600k goal and have a statue of GabeN erected.  Some people are complaining that the money isn't being donated to charity, but is it really a big deal?

Good for LMG, but we have a long way to go to our statue of the glorious GabeN

This is like complaining that the money I spend on PC parts isn't going to charity, or that the money I give to friends/family for their birthdays is not going to charity.
