For overclocking, they are about the same, if you want overclocking get gigabytes OC board. but the saber tooth (from what ive been told) runs hotter because of the armor so get the hero imo

For overclocking, the Maximus VI hero should be better, as it is an ROG board and generally ROG boards have better BIOS and caps for overclocking. 

 

It also come with Supreme FX audio, which is better quality audio than the Sabertooth audio.
