Is my PSU enough?

The rig I plan on running has

Z87 sabertooth

I7 4770k overclocked

8gb ram

1TB 7200rpm HDD

128GB SSD

2 GTX 780's

Standard optical drive

Corsair obsidian 900D

Water cooling loop for the CPU and GPUs

Would a cooler master 800w gold plus be enough?

Yes. Very good choice for ample headroom.
