Does anyone know how to access the front filters? It looks like it's a push in but it's not popping out.

Does anyone know how to access the front filters? It looks like it's a push in but it's not popping out.

 

primo has a known issue on the pop-locks for filter access.

mine only one functions properly. i have to press really hard or rap on it to get

it to unlock.

once the inlet panel is removed, then the filter is accessible.

you should contact Phanteks customer service to get their suggestion/solution

on that issue.

Yeah, I can see what you mean. On mine, I finally got it open with a little pressure. I have to put a lot of pressure on it to close the pop-locks on it though. Those suckers doesn't want to stay locked.
