I have this problem for long time.

My google chrome start to pop up this. When i look up online, i didn't find any solutions. I try to re-install the google chrome but after couple of days, it's back.

But when I started windows up and signed in and i got this error.

All I can say is drop Google Chrome and use FireFox instead.

I had some weird problems Chrome before, for instance when images like the Google text itself on Google.com was all messed up. Videos also played up on me as Flash kept on crashing.

i use norton for now. The only 3 things that i have for my extension is adblock, adblock plus and gmail checker ?.

Interesting... I scan my computer today and nothing is showing up. Downloading it right now and try it.

Just follow the instruction from Nortons . It will explain how to use it . You will need to boot directly into the scanner/repair tool for some malware to be seen and removed. Following this link will explain what you have and what it does on your system.The site also has a removal tool as well.

uhm, There are no norton bootable recovery tool in it. Also, is that Dr.Cure thing safe and free ?

I do not know about the DrWeb..only that it matched your entries :

It is this entry and ALL entries with these types of directories which tell you that you have a problem : "\hcnoocjdgpaeliplnkbhbpccighjkeef\"

 

 I will say that the issues that you have posted about returned a error which indicated a malware infection..and the best way to rid yourself of these is to use a bootable removal tool 

I hope that you can use the Nortons or the free Kaspersky boot tools to get rid of them..Good luck.

Hey Jackson, were you able to resolve the problem?  If not when all else fails, just use a windows operating system disc to just start fresh.  Wipe that storage o.s. drive clean, and start over, but if possible FIRST back up your typical media:  documents, pictures, videos, movies, and installation exe files  to a SEPARATE storage device ( another internal hdd or external hdd).

 

Reinstall all of them FRESH after you perform a clean ( aka  CUSTOM ) install of the o.s and make sure your physical ethernet aka Lan driver is working so you can get online and update windows.  

 

I've used Norton, McAfee, Kaspersky, Bit Defender, AVG, damn near everyone in existence and I can tell you from experience...NO antivirus is perfect and foolproof.  If you visit the correct url at the right day...you'll get a virus or worm that none of these idiotic wastes of time and/or money can prevent from infecting your system.

 

This is why I STOPPED dealing with antivirus altogether let paid subscription antivirus programs.  It's a waste of money and time.  It's not the same as if you're a billionnare living in a decent house and you want a good security company to monitor your home.  YOUR LIFE  physically is much more important than a pc.  You can't replace your life, but you can EASILY replace your o.s., programs, and files back to the way things were.  It just takes time and the more practice you get doing either of the two methods I mention, the quicker you'll LAUGH at the fear of getting a virus.

 

LEARN how to back up your data and installation exe files(so you can reinstall all your programs and games) so you can do a REAL cleaning of your pc that is GUARANTEED to wipe out any virusus you encounter.  Or have a big enough separate storage device ( hdd or ssd doesn't matter either way) that you can create an IMAGE backup of your entire system, then use Windows o.s. disc to wipe the o.s. storage drive clean and restore the image.  This is MUCH quicker often than the more "manual" way that I mentioned.

Hitman Pro is a free to use for 30 days anti-DAMN NEAR-EVERYTHING program that can destroy the FBI dot green moneypak virus that usually basically cripples anyone's pc.

I'm sure if there is malware or coherent problems on your pc.  this should help if it's good enough to remove that nasty fbi monekypak virus which really is just hardcore malware that takes over explorer.exe and other deeper parts of the O.S.'s running GUI involved dlls.
