razer carcharias?

Hey guys, my logitech headset is almost haddit, so at my local Dick Smith they have the razer carcharias, is it any good? Worth $80? Is it a waste of money? Or should i get the plantronics gamecon 780?

I have it, and it's decent without being great.  The mic is terrible though.
