Haswell/Ivy for DAW

Primarily for FL studio, is there going to be a benefit here using Haswell over Ivy? I'm talking 3770k v 4770k as I need to make a decision on either one.

 

Overclocking isn't a massive necessity for music production so I guess the heat problems with Haswell won't be such an issue if I'm only planning a 4.2 OC.

 

Does anyone have a Haswell chip in their hands yet?
