Hello everyone.

So i recently i got my new Coolermaster V8 GTS, and i was going to change the CPU cooler. So I was going to take it, i did change it to the unlocked position and it was still stuck. I have also tried to pull it from the back, but without luck. I also used a lot of force, but im afraid i gonna break the motherboard. I already spendt like 3 hours, but without luck. Some people said on some other forums i found throught google, they said that it was possible to try to cut from the back, but i also did that, but without luck. I also tried to tight the black and the white pins together,  but they wouldnt really stick together.

So if anyone of you guys have anything i could do or try, it is much appreciated!.

They tend to do that. Every Intel stock cooler i have used which uses push pins has gotten stuck. I resort to just pulling them off. The pins will break as they are made of cheap brittle plastic. Your motherboard should be fine.

you need to turn the black tabs into the unlocked position (as you did) and then pull each one up individually until you hear a little click. then you can pull off the cooler. When looking at it from below the little black pin between the two little white 'clamp thingies' should be retracted - only then can you remove the cooler safely.
