[SOLVED] New build won't POST

I marked CPU+Mobo in bold because that's as far as I've figured out - all other parts work fine, but we have no other mobo/cpu to test these to find out which is malfunctioning.

 

 

Clicking power button, all fans spin up, all leds light up and such (no diagnostic leds on mobo), but no beeps (also with speakers plugged in) possibly due to no minispeaker on mobo?

 

After system has been powered on for about 5 seconds, it shuts down for 1 sec, then powers on again in a loop untill I turn off the PSU.

 

Currenty sitting without cpu in socket (only mobo), and it does the same trick, only it shuts off and restarts after only 2 seconds, not 5 (as with cpu installed).

 

Post any ideas you might have to test - if nothing works we will have to RMA on monday.

 

EDIT: Fixed by resetting CMOS about 20 times, all of a sudden it just jumped up on the screen. Still not sure how that didn't work the first 3 times, but happy nontheless.
