31fps watching youtube

I am still kinda new to all this high end computer stuff but shouldnt my pc get better than 30fps while watching youtube? my pc info is in my sig

corsair 600t, msi z87-g45, intel 4770k, 16g patriot viper low-pro ram, asus direct cu2 780, crucial 256gig ssd, seagate baracuda 1tb,

YouTube videos only play at 30FPS for now. Soon, we'll be seeing 60FPS.

It completely depends on videos. They should be 30 fps.

ok was just wondering.... i only recently got the program that displays the fps and i just randomly had a vid in full screen and it said 31fps lol i was wondering how the heck its only 30 when i have a 780 in there

I first thought it was out already. Well... In a way it already is... (speed up the video by 2x)
