So i had a WC pc that wasnt working so i removed the gpu waterblock recconected the loop (cpu only) and tried to boot. 
First of all i was getting nothing on my screen at all. It would boot but not display anything. I didnt get a "no signal" however. 

I reseat my gpu. and my RAM.
Tried again, same result. 
I also cleared Cmos. and it booted with a D7 error. 
Connected keyboard, now i get an A2 error. I havne't changed drives or anything. I have swapped SATA ports and all that. Checked connections.
I dont get a splash screen this is all on my debug LED 

I have a Asrock Extreme 6 Z77 
With a intel i7 3770K 
EVGA gtx 670
16gb Corsair vengeance.
