Overclocking via FSB

I overclocked my Athlon 64 X2 via FSB, and i made myself a Excel spreadsheet to do the maths for me. Now i want to see is it versatile with modern systems.

Can someone provide me his:

FSB
LDT Multiplier
RAM BIOS Divider
HTT Speed
RAM Speed

CPU SPeed
CPU Multiplier

I get 60 frames at 1080p on a dual core APU. Ask me how.

Well, looks like modern maths are different than the Athlon 64 ones. Ah, nevermind, thanks anyway!
