dell latitude e6430

I got a dell latitude e6430(i7-3520m nvs 5200m)  and im using its dock. it runs at around 85 degrees (is this considered high?) under load and the fan is very loud 

Is there a cooling pad big enough to rest it on it WITH the dock? 

And if there is how much of a temperature decrease?

If you cleaned the dust from the fans and reapply the thermal paste, you will get lower temps.

There is no dust in the fan and im not planning on opening it up (any other way?)
