Line Level Converter help

I need to find a Line Level Converter that can turn about 110 watts RMS to line level voltage. i don't need any gain settings on the converter and I don't want more than 2 channels but I will buy a 4 channel one if I have to.

 

Basically i need help finding a good one that meets my basic needs and so far i cant find the right one hopefully one of you know where to get on and i know this isn't exactly a well known thin on the forum.
