My question is this at the moment i have an Intel i3 540 @3.07GHz and an EVGA GTX 750 1Gb, i really would like to play DayZ at a comfortable 35 to 40 FPS, would i need to upgrade my CPU or will the i3 do just fine and all i really need to do is adjust the Graphical settings. Thanks!!

Specs and budget.

Most beast pc's will barely hit 50fps depending on where they are. It's an early Alpha (scam)

I'd just adjust the graphical settings.  Day Z runs like shit right now.  A friend of mine doesn't get great frames on a mobile i7 4700HQ so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Right now im at around 150 and am thinking of getting the i5, but if my i3 can do the job just some setting tweaks than im fine with that.
