help with geforce experience

i can't get it to load. it just suddenly stopoped working. if i click the geforce exp icon nothing happens. sometimes if i'm lucky it will pop up for a second before freezing up and i'll have to force close it.

windows 8.1

things that i have tried

-Uninstalling and re-installing both the newest beta version and the older version of nvidia drivers.

- manually deleting all files then re-downloading 

-unstalling all instances of anti-virus software

 

this is really annoying any ides?

also when i go to task manager i see the gerforece exp program running

i7 4770k/Maximus VII Hero/Titan X/ 500gb 850evox2 r0/1000 EVGA G2

It happens to me all the time. Open it through the taskbar thing near the clock.

Yea it does nothing there either. Just force closes if it ever opens up

Run as administrator? 

Open via batch file?
