help with geforce experience

i can't get it to load. it just suddenly stopoped working. if i click the geforce exp icon nothing happens. sometimes if i'm lucky it will pop up for a second before freezing up and i'll have to force close it.

windows 8.1

things that i have tried

-Uninstalling and re-installing both the newest beta version and the older version of nvidia drivers.

- manually deleting all files then re-downloading 

-unstalling all instances of anti-virus software

 

this is really annoying any ides?

also when i go to task manager i see the gerforece exp program running

It happens to me all the time. Open it through the taskbar thing near the clock.

When I had this issue I just uninstalled the software and my gpu, replugged them in and reinstalled it :P

I have almost the same issue, for me, shadow play won't start after the issue I had posted about last night.

5800X3D - RTX 4070 - 2K @ 165Hz

Yea it does nothing there either. Just force closes if it ever opens up

Run as administrator? 

Open via batch file?
