Where should I build it? On the top? O somewhere else?

 

Generally people place 240mm coolers on the top. You should be able to mount them on the front, if you desire. This allows fresh air to be pulled in. If you're putting your H100i at the top of the case I'd recommend exhausting the air to cool the rad.
