Geforce experience wont launch?

Geforce experience was running perfectly until earlier today when Watchdogs suddenly crashed. GFE (Geforce experience) would stay in the icons, and i was able to still open up the Nvidia control pannel, but not GFE. tried re-installing it, and it will not launch (not even the little icon shows up) but process' are running in the background. Tried running as administrator, and windows compatibilty (aswell as the combination of the two) but nothing.

This is all on windows 8.1 64bit, not running any anti-virus so we can eliminate that being the problem... im pretty stumped

It's technically still in beta, so bugs happen. Not sure why you went as far as a reinstall, any time I've run into it not launching the window a simple restart fixes the problem.
