What kind of games are you looking to play?  Do you have any components already?  Do you need a monitor, keyboard, mouse, operating system?

Also, with such a low budget, Intel and Nvidia are not going to be possible.

i dont like the power consuption and the heat

Power consumption isn't much of a problem. As for the heat, head over to this pcpartpicker link: http://pcpartpicker.com/builds/#c=4&C=0&h=5 It is filtered down to completed builds using the FX-6300, Hyper 212 Evo and CPU overclocked. Many people are keeping this processor under 60 degrees celcius, with near 1GHz overclocks. I can't verify this myself, but from what I've seen, heat isn't that big of a problem. FX processors do push out more heat, but not enough that it will make a huge difference.

damn ty

This is going to be the best option for 500e, it is powerful enough to play any game out there(not at the highest settings) as well as being upgrade-ready.

Upgrade Order:

1x4GB of RAM, get the same exact stick as the first to avoid complications

SSD, get an SSD and install the OS onto the SSD for overall system performance.

CPU Cooler, not really necessary because you wont be overclocking, but it will make the system more quiet and cool.

Here is an even better option that will provide much more upgrade ability, buy a Z87 motherboard.  It costs 10E more, but it will give you the option to upgrade to an unlocked processor for overclocking.  Broadwell should also be useable on a Z87 motherboard after a BIOS update.

well hi guys i have a little favor that is also a challenge to start with im not familiar with low price components and my friend want a pc that costs 500 euros or less this is a gaming pc (prefer intel fanboy here xD) plz guys give me builds

thanks in advance

I made two...one with an Intel and one with AMD. I don't know why you don't like AMD, they're a great budget processor and are comparable to Intel in many aspects. And since they are budget friendly, you can get so much more out of your system because you can spend more on higher quality components. For example:

Intel:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4440 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($182.98 @ SuperBiiz)

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler  ($29.98 @ OutletPC)

Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($49.99 @ Mwave)

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory  ($69.99 @ Newegg)

Storage: Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($55.98 @ Newegg)

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($52.91 @ OutletPC)

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Superclocked Video Card  ($129.50 @ Newegg)

Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case  ($39.99 @ Newegg)

Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($44.99 @ Newegg)

Optical Drive: LG GH24NSB0 DVD/CD Writer  ($14.98 @ OutletPC)

Total: $671.29 (494 Euro)

Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Or

AMD:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 760K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($89.99 @ Newegg)

Motherboard: ASRock FM2A88M EXTREME4+ Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard  ($78.66 @ Newegg)

Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($74.99 @ Micro Center)
