Hey guys and gals, I'm getting a new laptop and was wondering if the 680m is worth the extra couple hundred over the 675mx. My main game is skyrim but I play heavily modded so vanilla benchmarks aren't much use. I figure I could toss the extra money at an ssd which might remedy some of those atrocious loading times.

Butts. Booty butts.

Seems like a good trade-off if you're getting an SSD instead, should give more of an everyday difference as opposed to just in-game performance. I don't know exactly how these two GPU's compare to each other, though. Here's a chart that shows the GTX 675MX and the GTX 680M: http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html

Not that much difference with the 675MX actually beating the 680M, although I don't know how useful and truthful this info is in actual usage.
