The title mainly explains everything, but there are some additional details.

1. I am building this system for a friend.

2. I would like the $600 gaming PC build to be more future upgrade(able) while still being able to maintain a med-high frames on BF4.

3. I would like the $800 Gaming PC build to be able to play BF4 on Ultra.

OS,monitor, keyboard etc. DO NOT need to be included.

Any additional questions feel free to ask.
