I can't use PCpartpicker so here's what i recommend for the best gaming experience

 

CPU:I5 4690K

 

CPU cooler:CM 212 EVO

 

Mobo:ASRock Z97X killer

 

Ram:Corsair vengeance Black 8gb 2x4gb CL9 1600mhz

 

GPU: R9 290 (Non X) with The Tri-x cooler

 

PSU:Seasonic PSU 600 - 700 Will be enough

 

Case: whatever you like just make sure it Supports full atx motherboards

 

SSD: 120gb Samsung 840 Evo + 1TB Seagate barrucuda Desktop

You can replace the 4790K with a i5 4670K if you want, but you can afford this.

If you don't want the NZXT H440, go with the NZXT Phantom 530 (or any ~$100 case that's good)
