[$500] Streaming/Recording PC

I've made threads in the past asking about what parts to use in a PC, but now I have a set budget for my system. I want a PC that can game and stream in HD without any problems for $500 US or less. I am a content creator and Twitch broadcaster and I need a system that can do what I need it to do. I've been trying out different combinations of parts, but I can't decide. Could you guys please help me?

 

Requirements

- Must be able to stream 720P (Twitch with Open Broadcaster Software) and record 720P video while playing PC games.

- Must be $500 US or less.

- Must not "bottleneck" my GTX 750 Ti at 1920X1080 or lower resolutions.

 

Notes

- I don't care if it's AMD or Intel. If it gets the job done, that's fine.

- I will be reusing my EVGA GTX 750 Ti, so a video card will not be needed in the parts list.

- No in-store pickup.

- Windows is not included in the price. I already have a copy.

- I will probably not overclock the CPU.

- Monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc. are not included in the price.

- Motherboard/chassis size does not matter to me.
