Help me decide on a new case, maybe?

That case is a tank, my granddad uses it for his system and you can here a pin drop with that machine.

I'm looking at getting a silent case. Tossing up between the Corsair 550D and the Bitfenix Ghost. Please DON'T mention NZXT's H440, I need my optical drive, so it's inappropriate.

The ghost has drive bays specifically for SSD's which I think will look a hell of a lot cleaner when the case is open. On the flip side, the 550D (I've read) has much higher build quality.

I'm not likely to change the default fans or their configuration within the case, so which are the quieter default fans?

Also which has the better sound dampening material?

COST: The ghost is $109+$38 shipping

The 550D is $189+$52 shipping

So that's $94 extra for the 550D. Are the things I've mentioned before (build quality, fans and sound dampening foam) worth the extra money?

Where do bad folks go when they die?
They don't go to heaven where the angels fly
They go to the lake of fire and fry, Won't see them again 'till the fourth of July

Will look into that one as well, but of the two that I mentioned in the OP which would be your choice?

I should also mention that whichever case I go for, it MUST be available through pccasegear.com

Corsair 330R isn't a bad case, what about a Define R4 or define MINI if you need mATX?.

If i had to choose between the two i would with the 550 since the ghost isn't sound foam damped.

EDIT: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=25_1480&products_id=25586&zenid=f98da292adbcae3149a4511b3ace6231 90 bucks off and the best sound bdamped case in this size for watercooling and general awesomeness. also comes in black http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=25_1480&products_id=25585&zenid=f98da292adbcae3149a4511b3ace6231

This is what i WOULD HONESTLY get at this price point and if i had the chance to get this cheap.

Have a Define R4 right now. Not too impressed with it to be honest. The HDD cages rattle A LOT, the front fan mounting tray thing rattles is I have the fans above 20%. Also, the ghost definitely does have sound damping foam.

EDIT: I only have 610mm to work with, so the deep silent 6 is out of the question. The deep silence 2 that someone mentioned earlier seems like a good choice, though.

I did look up the ghost, i never saw the side panel foam before, themoreyouknow.jpg, Really shame that you had a height restriction, Cant go wrong with nanoxia cases, i just wished we had prices like that on the DS6 here in europe.
