Black screen when gaming

Hi, could anyone help me with a hardware? Software issue? Whenever i start a game (gta v), my pc screen goes black afte the loading screen and says no signal. The problem started a couple days ago and it happened once every ~1 hour when playing, now its right after loading screen. I have tried

 

-furmark stress testing (temps are pretty ok),

 

-i changed thermal paste on gpu and cpu,

-cleaned every bit of dust in pc,

 

-took out and cleaned ram, changed motherboard battery,

 

-

tried switching to hdmi cable from dp cable,

 

-did a DDU, 

 

-tried older version from nvidia app,

 

the pc is prebuild from 5 years ago and the specs i know are: 

-Rtx 2060SUPER, -80 plus gold 500watt PSU? Intel or i5 cpu? 
and idk anything about pc so any help would be nice, thanks

So when playing a game, you get a black screen, but when using FurMark, you don't? That's pretty weird.

Is FurMark running in full-screen? What if the games are in windowed mode? Are all games affected?
