I was at bestbuy the other day and was able to try out the Logitech G710+ (brown switches), and I loved the low actuation force....

Unfortunately I don't really want to spend $100+ on a new keyboard, as such red/brown/mechanical in general is pretty much off the table.

That being said, does anyone have any personal experience (or know of) any low actuation force keyboards?

Side note: I love laptop keyboards.

Currently on my list:

Kensington Slim

Assuming I can get a nice used deal (<$60):

Corsair K60/65/70/95

Cooler Master Quickfire

Logitech G710+

Cooler Master (CM Storm) has some reasonably priced keyboards equipped with Cherry MX Blue switches, which have the same actuation as browns, but they're just clicky.

I don't really like the clicky-ness. I prefer quieter keyboards--probably one of the reasons why I like laptop keyboards. Also, the CM Storm quick fire rapid has red switches, but I'd still prefer not to pay $80~ on a keyboard.

Well mechanical keyboards with MX Browns start at $80+ man. You could watch for sales.

Like I said, I'm not set on mechanical.

I might try and pick up a used brown/red keyboard for <$50/60.

Any places I should be looking other than Ebay/Craigslist?

Amazon sometimes has good used deals.
