sniper elite black screen error

I just reinstalled Sniper elite V2 after a while and I just launched it and I get a black flashing screen of the rebellion logo and the sound stutters, I have no idea what it is and I have tried changing my resolution and other things but nothing is working. Anyone else had this problem and can help me?
