My HDD data jack port plastic broken off. How to get my HDD working? Can I use any other Western Digital HDD circuit board/Logic board and replace it? I saw that replacing the circuit board require to change the BIOS chip of the HDD circuit board.

Repair shop should be able to solder another one on for you since you can remove that section without opening the drive.

If you need to ask, you shouldn't be doing that :old-eyeroll:

Unless there's very important data on it (and I'm not referring to save-games :old-eyeroll:), write it off and replace with a new drive. If it does have valuable data, get a quote from data-recovery businesses.

Western Digital HDD circuit board/Logic board and replace it

I wouldn't try it as you may lose all your data even if it's the same brand and model, since it may store specific data on how to read/write your disk so you may lose everything on your HDD if you do that!

Other solutions would be:

  1. Replace the connector yourself or go in a repair shop
  2. If you have plenty of SATA connectors you could sacrifice one of them and solder the wires in the right order and transfer your data, but make sure it's the right order and make sure to not overheat the drive or board, you could permanently* kill it or make it harder to recover your data!

You could buy those, if you know how to solder (See image below):
Sata Hard Drive Connector , Sata Choice Medical
If you don't know how to solder or don't have the equipment in a repair shop, they'll back up your data for you probably
> Another risky way to get back your data would just be to solder a SATA cable directly on the pins, but this is extremely janky and risky!

Any inexperienced attempts at changing components of your HDD may result in you loosing all your data !

Other people might suggest you better, have a nice day! (I might have completely over-complicated the solution)

TLDR; if you're asking here you're probably better off going in a repair shop they'll replace the connector for you

I tend to write long messages, don't take it personally! I just really enjoy learning, researching, and having deep (respectful) conversations or debates!
