Hey, soo i own hp zbook 15 g6 it's almost 5 year old laptop which my company gave to me for $80 bugs as it was end of it's cycle. I bought it and upgraded it with 32gigs of ram and installed windows and it was working fine for 2 months now i wanna try Linux. When i enter into the bios it start bugging out like external and internal keyboard not decting and and internal trackpad also not working the cursor moved but can't click etc etc. i updates the bios latest rivision and still happening. I used external mouse and it's always left clicking like the mouse is tried and tested with no issue but in bios it's spam clicks like it's stuck or something. I will attach video i took. If guys could help i appreciate your efforts and an advance thanks 👍

Sounds like USB interference or some BIOS glitches. Did you try resetting to default values (especially after flashing the new BIOS) ?

If default values are not working, you may try clearing the CMOS battery the old fashined way by removing the CMOS battery (if that laptop has one, please check the manual).

Yea I have somehow reset the bios but still the issue persist and when i use track pad to click something in bios it just freezes

If it is a BIOS problem, you may need to flash the previous BIOS version you had before flashing. Laptops are more finicky than towers and you may have to flash a BIOS a couple of times before it takes without errors.
