PC was working without any issues until the other day when it just didn't get past POST.
I have a ASUS X870-F motherboard and the following happends, when I turn on the PC it goes from Orange to Red to White, stays on white for longer then the rest maybe 2-3 minutes maybe.
It then does the same thing again, goes to Orange to Red to White again and it will loop these lights like 2-3 times then just stay on the White VGA light not looping.

When I bought the AM5 parts (previous Motherboard, CPU and RAM) I did have a issue where the PC would take a while to get past the POST.

But it would never get stuck like this where it just does not want to boot at all.
All fans are spinning and RGBs are working, but no BIOS and no Windows.

I have tried a different GPU (3060 also ASUS), Another Motherboard (again also ASUS), another PSU (750w) and still no success.

These are the things i've tried so far:

I attempted to remove all drives (only have m.2 drives), same issue
I removed the GPU using only the integrated graphics with HDMI cable or the Display Port cable nothing, still white VGA light from the motherboard.

I'd like to add that I did disable the IGP but that was when I was using the other motherboard and I reset CMOS multiple times as i've read that it should solve this but nothing.
I also have tried a single RAM stick in every single slot, the older RAM and the current RAM.
I did reseat it a few times but it did not work.
This is such a weird issue, I do not understand why the white VGA light is showing even tho there is no GPU, as well as previous GPU's could it be a CPU or PSU issue?
I have also updated the BIOS using BIOS FlashBack with no luck

Anyone know how to solve this?

Specs
GPU: ASUS TUF 5070 Ti
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600X
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR5 64GB (2x 32gb sticks)
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix X870-F
PSU: Cooler Master MWE Gold 850 V2

Your motherboard probably died. So if you have warranty I would say send it in and if you don't then buy a new motherboard. I would say get a MSI X870e carbon wifi board if you don't have warranty or a Msi mag x670e tomahawk wifi. Also the white vga light still being on is because your cpu has a built in igpu.

I got the motherboard last week, as I assumed it might've been the motherboard casuing the issue, and it does not seem to be the case.

As I'm not getting any kind of signal from the GPU or the IGPU maybe it's the CPU acting up?

then test your gpu in a different system. if you can't then I would say get a new cpu cuz your cpu is probably broken.

A little update, I noticed that when I plugged out my CPU Cooler the NZXT Kraken 240mm AIO my PC successfully booted into BIOS, so I thought it had to be the CPU Cooler causing the issue, so I bought a new CPU cooler that was not liquid cooling (Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120).

Checked if it worked, didn't work.

I unplugged the CPU cooler expecting the same result (going to bios without cooler. but stuck in post with cooler) but now it won't even go to BIOS without the CPU cooler. So now I'm stuck again, not sure what to do.

Something tells me it is the CPU but that's just a gut feeling, any ideas?

really sounds like a motherboard issue but I would say get a new cpu and then get a new motherboard if the new cpu doesn't work
