Not my first PSU choice but its not a terrible unit, 10 year warranty as well on that PSU. 1000w IS overkill for this build, you could run this of a solid 650w. 64GB is a lot of just gaming. Be aware that the Patriot Venom DDR5 are 43mm in height while the Peerless Assassin SE120 has a RAM clerance of 42mm. This is not a huge problem as you can move the front fan up 1-2mm to make room for the RAM, this will not affect cooling performance either. Just worth mentioning.
