I need help finding a new controller

I got a Pico 4 VR set off facebook market pllace but one of the controllers don't work.

Any Idea where i can get a new one?

I found a bunch of options though online sites in the US with a quick "Pico 4 controller" google search. Surely you should be able to find some options that will have shipping to you?

Pretty sure if I order from the US the shipping will be expensive and then probably some import taxes too, and I've only found 1 site so far in the EU, but it has really bad reviews
