Bios Alienware x14

Dear forum,

I hope this email finds you well. Recently, I encountered an issue with my Alienware laptop: the BIOS is locked, and even after contacting Dell and receiving a master password, the issue remains unresolved. I’d like to know if anyone has faced a similar situation or knows of any alternative solution to unlock the BIOS without having to replace the motherboard.
