Hello.  I overlclocked AMD 4800+ up to 3.2 ghz with 1,425 V. And from time to time I'm getting black screen for like 1 sec and then it goes back. Should I raise voltage even more?

Just a tiny bit.

Ummm.. Increased to 1,45 V and my mouse stops working. PSU maybe? 400W Crapgen. And XFX  HD 4770

How is your GPU doing? Is it OCed?

400 watts for overclocking. Good lord!

Nah, it's at stock. Maybe factory OC only?! Maybe, never looked at it. (shame)
