Hello internet, welcome to my new topic.

Today I bring to your attention the ASUS TUF F17 Model: FX706H. It is a good computer but it only has 450 gb of memory, but it has a 2 SSD Slot for upgrades, and well since I'm going to mess with it I just had to know what else could I update.

My research brought me to

which has a great deal of information on this particular laptop; I opened mine  to make sure and it really looks like my machine. So if I'm going to upgrade my memory, why not my ram also, and maybe my battery since it doesn't hold charge for more than 15min.

So what I want to do, I want to add another SSD maybe a 1T, change my ram, right now I have 16gb (and since both of the slots are occupied it seems reasonable to think that its 2 x 8gb), and replace the battery.  For the first 2 components while searching at what is compatible I found this little page https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/asus/tuf-gaming-f17

it opens at a crucial list of components that are compatible for my machine, so im thinking

for my new ram the Crucial 32GB Kit (16GBx2) DDR4-3200 SODIMM

the Crucial P3 Plus 1TB PCIe M.2 2280 SSD

new egg doesnt seem to have a problem with crucial, neither amazon, so unless there is something that you would recommend in its place

the battery is where I honestly dont have a clue. there is a mall with replacements that I have gone in the past without an issue but if I can do it myself I dont see why not, but there are so many batteries that have the smallest of difference that I dont know if it´s a good replacement or not. These are some photos that I took so if someone can guide me, I would be grateful.

thanks for any advice that you can provide

Budget (including currency):  not a problem

Country: Mexico

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: games and work

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

video and photos for more information

Yeah buying the RAM kit off Crucial's compatibility list would be a good idea. SSD though you can just stick to a well priced one instead.

For 1TB class in NA, check Silicon Power A60 or UD90, Team MP33 Pro or MP44L, or Western Digital SN770. Those should be within spitting distances from one another in prices.
