Artifcating is back

I'm getting artifacting almost daily now like the most recent showed below. It doesn't just happen on Discord, I can see it happen in my browser sometimes too. 
Few things to note:
Old post has a lot of information too
When I tried to enable XMP on my motherboard for my ram when I bought the pc it consistently bluescreened, so I have it off.

Is your Gpu still under warranty? If so rma it to get a replacement.

If you read the post he linked, he is getting the same artifacts with a 3060 and a 1050.
