Specific nvidia CP profile/display?

Hey all

 

 quick question, is there a way to have a specific nvidia profile for “this” device or output?

 

i have a hdmi/usb to Ethernet balun going from the PC to my demon receiver/tv. It only supports 30hz at 4k, but in the office itself I have a G9, so 120hz

 it’s a pain in the butt to swap settings back and forth between the two so it would be really convenient if it auto switched WHEN the receiver turns on. Of course at minimum I have to limit the frame rate globally to eliminate screen tearing - but not in the office

 

If it could switch settings automatically that would be best, otherwise loading profile wouldn’t be hard…

 

any suggestions?  Thanks peeps!
