3dmark 30% performance loss

After reinstalling windows 3d Mark Time spy scrore dropped by 30%. Also gaming performance dropped.. experiencing fps drops and sound glitches in games.

Tried reinstalling win11 twice, used DDU to remove video drivers. Played with nvidia settings. Nothing helped.
Hwinfo cpu temps under 83C while gaming, gpu under 73C
 Laptop: lenovo legion 5800h, 32ram, 3070, 2x1tb ssd
Any ideas?

It looks like your GPU average clockspeed is way lower. It says that the average GPU temperature on the run is 81C. Considering that 83C is the max temperature of the 3070, it's likely that you're thermal throttling.

 

I would recommend doing a repaste.

Thanks for tip, but i believe i got lower results right after reinstalling win11. 
Later i repasted it, run tests, got the same results. Then removed paste and placed thermal grizly kryosheet thermal pad instead. Same results. Will try repasting again..
